An Outfit Post: Down by the River

Hello all! Happy Friday! I am home this weekend to enjoy some time with my family, my baby Amelia, and of course the pups Tucker & Parker. I posted a little video of the boys on Vine, they were so excited when I got home! It never fails to make me smile!

Last week my friend Hannah and I went down to the river to take some pictures. It is my absolute favorite place in the town where I go to school. In the spring and summer I go down there almost daily... Even though it is winter there is still something very pretty about the scene.

Winter has landed me in oversized sweaters for a good portion of the season. I definitely don't mind though, as long as some warm weather is on the way soon!

I don't know what has been going on in my head lately but I have been feeling so nostalgic! When I was a senior in high school, about this time of year, my Mom and I went on a trip to New York City. Lately I haven't been to stop thinking about how much I want to be wandering around that city. I have eased my wanderlust with Sex & the City and Gossip Girl reruns... oh dear. lol

 

These are some of my favorite earrings. They are so simple, but I always get compliments on them. If you haven't noticed I love earrings, especially anything dangling! Can't help myself.. but there are worse vices I suppose.
