I just realized that the SuperBowl is this weekend! And about 3 seconds after that I realized that I live with guys, which means not only will there be food everywhere, but it will probably be an assortment of 12 different kinds of chip and that is about it. After that I decided to do a little Pinterest research and find something that is both easy AND tasty!
Introducing the Pizza Roll-Up! When I was little I loved any snack in the shape of a pinwheel so this was the perfect solution! The best part is there are only 4 ingredients... 6 if you are counting the dip! Really the dip was just a Hidden Valley Ranch Dip packet mixed with 16 oz. of sour cream. Haha
Ingredients:
2 Pillsbury pizza crusts
2 cups shredded cheese (I used half Mozzarella and half Cheddar)
1 cup chopped pepperoni
season to taste (I used a little seasoning salt and garlic powder!)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust on a lightly floured surface. Rub seasoning into crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese onto each crust followed by a 1/2 cup of pepperoni onto each crust (or however much pepperoni you want!). After that, roll the crust tightly, cut into 1 inch sections, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
You can of course use marinara to dip instead of the ranch but I love the sour cream ranch dip and will use it whenever socially acceptable :)... So hopefully this adds a little something extra to your SuperBowl spread tomorrow! I know I am a fan!
What kinds of treats are you preparing for the big game?
Wishing you a lovely little day!

This is so good! :) I don´t really follow the SuperBowl because I´m from a country that doesn´t pay attention to it but I will try this recipe for another fun day!
