Seeing Stars: An Outfit Post

These pictures are actually from when I was back at home and I realized that I never posted them! Today we are snowed in here in Michigan and we had a SNOW DAY! I didn't have any classes but I work at the University so that means this little lady has the day off!

...basically that means I am hanging out in my comfiest clothes painting and crafting and possibly catching up on my Netflix. I am all out of things to watch though so if anyone has suggestions on new series, I am all ears! :)

Forgive my neighbors house with kids toys everywhere... the light was terrible and I had no choice!!



I have been testing these boots out a lot lately. I can't tell if they are too chunky or not, but I like how tall they are, and for once I actually own a pair of black boots!! I am a brown boot addict so these are actually getting a decent amount of wear this season...


I love the color of this blouse and anything sheer and ruffly always catches my eye! I am definitely attracted to girly things like this! I can't wait for spring time when I can wear skirts, dresses, and florals all the time! :)

And here is a little proof of how excited I am for spring... This is me asking my brother not to take a picture while I stop and warm my hands up! He got the memo a little late I guess haha, he is such a good sport to support me though! I am a lucky sister!



How is everyone else doing? Do you guys struggle with winter fashions too or is it just me?

  10. I just hate wearing so many layers I can't move! I try and stay indoors and I never dress to be outside for more than a few minutes - that's how I make it through! I love this red shirt - it's so pretty on you!

  13. I struggle with winter fashion, because I living in Texas. But I actually LOVE seeing all the ladies everywhere else wear their fashion layers. Love it.

    Your blouse is super cute and I love those glasses. Where did you get the glasses. Lastly, I'm a red head and we should be friends :)
